What does Zorro CHARGE?
You pay 50 euro for an excellent presentation of your property on your own internet page. Translations are optional, and provided by experienced translators. They will be charged at market price of 7 cents per word. A presentation with 150 words (usually enough) will cost you an extra 10,50 euros euros per language. PLEASE NOTE: FOR THE TIME BEING YOU WILL BE CHARGED A FIXED FEE OF 10 EUROS PER LANGUAGE. Is your house especially interesting for Dutch and English? Then don’t publish in the French section!
For 70 euros you will get an excellent presentation in three languages. A presentation that will be very well referenced on the internet.

... except bad advertising
We have one strict rule: you have to make a good presentation of your house. If all advertisers put a short badly written text with lots of abbreviations and three hazy pictures of the back garden, this is detrimental to the quality and the overall image of Zorro Immo. Badly made ads will be refused (at our discretion), to make certain the quality stays high, for more and more visitors! Of course when your ad is refused, your payment will be refunded immediately.
Any case, you are paying at least 50 euros to be presented on Zorro Immo. Might as well make the most of your money!
