Advertise your house on Zorro Immo
You've decided to place an ad on Zorro Immo? Excellent idea! Please take a moment to read my tips below. You'll be better prepared to upload a high quality presentation of your real estate offer.
Writing up your ad
Please prepare your text well, in a program like MS Word, so you can just copy and paste it into the form. If you have any remarks or questions for the webmaster, just add them under your text. I'll sort things out before I put your ad online.
Prepare your pictures
During the inscription process, you will be asked to upload at least three pictures. There is no limit as to how many you can add, but the minimum is THREE. Get the pictures ready in a folder somewhere, so you can easily locate them. The maximum size is 2 MB each. They will be resized automatically. Please be patient, uploading and resizing a batch of big pictures can take several minutes.
Prices
The basic fee for a house presentation for an unlimited time in one language is 50 Euros. Translations for a publication on the other versions of Zorro Immo (.fr, .nl, .de) are 7 eurocents per word. A quality multilingual presentation in four languages will cost you a total of about 80 euro's. See the calculation here. By the way, if you already have your own translations, you can publish them for free. However, they must be REAL translations, not made by a free online translator. Google translations will be refused.
Payment
After you've uploaded your text and photos, you will pass the payment form. We prefer you to pay online with your credit card (safely through PayPal). But if you really don't want that, you can ask for an invoice to pay by (French) check or money order. Awaiting your payment, your add will already be translated and published. We like to work on the basis of trust.
