In 1975 entirely renovated Mas with guest house (4/5 persons) on 8 hectares (almost 100.000 sqY), with a total of 86 ha ((0,3 sqMiles or almost 1 million sqYards!) of grounds. The property is well situated on a South-facing hillside amidst the lavender fields. A unique project, suitable for permanent stay, renting out holiday homes (gîtes), courses and seminars etc. The price includes the furniture.
The main house downstairs

Second floor

The property
Surrounding the house is a 1 ha (12000 sqY) woodland garden with a well for watering, and 7 ha of fields. Around the main hill there are a total of 78 ha, spread out, of which about 10 ha of agricultural soil, 40ha of forest and the rest rocky and bushy terrain.
By exchanging or buying land, it is possible to create a plot of 20 ha as a whole that will allow a hunting concession. This is an area of badgers, fox, dear and wild boars. There is no ‘soil occupation plan’ (POS) in the area; construction permits however are regulated under the restrictions of the natural reserve in the Vercors.
This Parc Naturel du Vercors is a region with steep rock cliffs, deep ‘gorges’, winding rivers and streams and waterfalls. At 5 km there is a village with shops, a post office, general practitioner and several small but good restaurants. At 20 km is Crest, a city with supermarkets, a hospital and a swimming pool.
