Stately home on the banks of the river Dordogne

High quality construction from hand-hewn natural stone blocks. Originally planned as a high quality private ‘Périgourdine’ home (never finished but original plans still available – see picture NON REALISE). In 1996 the building was sold and refurbished as a restaurant. It is very suited as a business, because of the location, but could also be used ads a medical centre, cultural centre, home practice or business headquarters. Or of course as a stately private home, maybe in combination with a tourist business (b&b).
