Farmhouse under renovation in very quiet but non-isolated situation.

Situated at about 1.5 km from Romenay, village with all amenities: supermarket, bakery, butcher, bars, restaurant, hotel, post office, bank, GP, pharmacy. The house
This house is a work in progress. The ground floor bathroom was gutted, the kitchen was removed and a new bedroom is under construction. Ground floor: big living room and kitchen of 50m2, bathroom 12m2,big bedroom with new bathroom under construction in the attached barn. The plan is to create a complete wheelchair-accessible floor. Closed veranda east side 15m2. On the first floor: two bedrooms total 40m2, bathroom (under construction)12m2. Oak beamed roof.
Westside there is a big covered terrace of 60m2 with well and pump for garden irrigation. Annex is a garage or stable of about 150m2. An internal passage towards this garage was made, so as to create additional living space. Also feasible would be to create one or even two extra habitations, holiday facilities or B&B.
Enclosed and very lush grounds of 4800m2 with many fruit trees (many walnuts, chestnuts, apples, pears, cherries, plums, figs...), a bamboo copse and jeu de boule area.
