Spacious double home in the heart of the French Alps, about 15 minuts from the well-known ski stations of Le Grand Bornand and La Clusaz. The B&B is doing quite well, fully booked in winter with snow enthusiasts, while in the summer there are many guests wishing to enjoy hikes in de montains or visits to Geneva, Annecy or the Mont Blanc.
The house and the business
It is a big ‘Savoyard’ house. One part (six bedrooms, three toilets, two bathrooms, dining room with bar and internet) is reserved for the guests. The other half (three bedrooms, living room with kitchen, bethroom with toilet, two offices) is the private home of the owners.
The house has double glazing all around and radiators. There is a big terrace and a parking for about 10 cars.
