The old mill
The main building is tower shaped and has four floors. The annex was added later to house an office and the turbines (since removed). These last areas have been renovated and transformed into a larder/washroom and a big kitchen/dining room upstairs. The four floors in the main building are: half sunken garage. First floor with living room, toilet and stairwell. Second floor with two big bedroom 14m2, bathroom and mezzanine. Third floor with ready to occupy attic with room for two more bedrooms. Each floor has 50m2 living space. The kitchen and entrance/storage room have 25 m2 each. There is a 14m2 balcony off the living room and a 18m2 terrace behind the kitchen. Materials and technique
New septic tank, new electric installation. Central heating and water heating by high yield combination stove. Restored cast iron radiators. The bathroom has red marble floors from India. The kitchen has most equipment. All doors and windows were also made in India, from recycled old teak wood. Double-glazing, of course. Floors in living room solid oak, and on the upper floors solid chestnut.

Grounds
Orchard, treelined lawn and (separated by the former waterway from the mill) a field of 5000m2. Well, source and vaulted cellar with a terrace on top. The mill has no turbines or cogwheels left. The feeding canal was stopped 5 metres from the house that was thoroughly drained and is very clean and dry now. Facing south, with a north sloping hill out back. There is a footpath leading from the house up to the village. And also an asphalt road, of course.

The miller’s house
The house was built on 640m2 of land, after the war but in the 1930s French style, with high ceilings and large windows with shutters, marbled tiled flooring downstairs and hardwood parquet flooring in the rest of the house.

On the ground floor there is a large kitchen/dining room with scullery, and there are 3 more large rooms, a shower room and toilet. Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms and a small room. There are 3 separate walk-in loft areas with wooden flooring and windows, suitable for conversion.

The house has been re-wired to current electrical regulations and the roof is in good condition. Town gas has been brought down from the village to outside the property and is ready for connection to the house if desired. The house has newly installed gas central heating throughout, with immediate hot water supply in kitchen and bathroom.
