Independant rustic farm with lots of privacy
Authentic farm of about 150 years old, restaured but still quite rustic and original. At the end of a dead end unpaved road with 180 degree view and lots of privacy. The nearest neighbours are farmers at about 300 m. Charming spot, 5 kms from the village of Assac, 40 km nort-east of Albi. Seven kms to the river Tarn with a secluded swimming beach.
The main building measures 18x7 metres and has two floors. Two bedrooms upstairs. The ground floor is a big living room. In an annex is the big kitchen (7x3.m m) with a well of 11 m deep. Outside, there is another well, but the house is also connected to the water mains.
In the second annex – a former stables of 8x5m – is a bathroom (under construction) downstairs and a bedroom upstairs.
The house has a fireplace and there are three oil burning heaters.
