Beautiful restored chalet in Vaujany/Alpe d'Huez with breathtaking views over the Alps and directly connected with the snow secure ski area of Alpe d'Huez. Suitable for B&B / Catered Chalet. Located in Vaujany in the French Alps, with direct access to a large high altitude ski area. Vaujany is a "station village" with real character, where the charm of a mountain village is combined with the advantages of a large resort. Vaujany is renowned for being the location of an ice skating rink, superb swimming and spa facilities and a good range of well renovated hotels, chalets and self catering apartments which makes it the best destination for any family skiing holiday. The slopes in Vaujany will keep skiers of al levels happy with some of the longest runs in the world. In total there are 237km of snow secure slopes for all levels on 3000 hectares. From Grenoble to Vaujany 50km. Grenoble can be reached by TGV from Paris(3 hours). The chalet with a total surface of 400m2 was completely restored in 1999 and 2000 with preservation of the authentic surrounding architecture.
On the ground floor is a vaulted ceiling living room ( 70m2) with a fire place, a professional kitchen, hall with toilet and a second living room with open fire.
On the 1st floor are 4 bedrooms with their own en-suite facilities and balcony, a hall and an entrance to the apartments.
On the 2nd floor are two 6 person apartments each with: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with bath and shower, a fully equipped kitchenette and a big south facing balcony with breathtaking views.
The chalet has a separate, partialy attached small house with 2 floors:
Ground floor: a bedroom with its own en-suite facilities, private entrance and terrace.
1st Floor: A bedroom with its own en-suite facilities, private entrance and a balcony.
In the beautiful garden there is a modern jacuzzi.
At the moment the chalet is a successful B&B / Catered Chalet investment, both in summer as in winter. Annual returns are available on request.
