Originally, Les Tilleulsa was a Ferme Auberge, welcoming guests in the countryside. The Domain was built around the 1860's, around a closed square yard. It offers a vast space to live and has two fully equipped holiday apartments and a potential to create two more. This project offers outstanding chances for the exploitation of holiday houses, Bed and Breakfast, camping at the farm, to keep horses or other animals, or other agricultural activities like growing crops and enjoy the countryside. Close to forests and mountain range and not too far from the city, one can enjoy best of both worlds.
The total surface renovated is about 270 M2, with a natural wall isolation of hemp, double glass (20-4-20), 7 heavy quality entrance doors, new sanitary and electrical installation, etc. There is a potential of another 180 M2 to be renovated. The total surface of the side buildings is about 280 sq meters.

Main house:
This living space is situated at two levels.
· On the ground level, a spacious living with modern open kitchen of about 90 M2 provided with a highly economical geothermic floor heating system, a hanging modern central chimney, hemp wall thermic and phonic isolation that provides a healthy environment because the walls are breathinga. Between the ceiling and the first floor there is a thick layer of hemp, for thermic and sound isolation. The Frencha ceiling itself is about 3.35 m high and made of chestnut (which avoids spider annoy) with the original beams apparent. In the far corner of the living is a wall chimney.
· The Chestnut wood kitchen is equipped with modern household appliances like a dishwasher, a close-in boiler, an oven and a large induction cooking plate with two boosters. There is lots of storing space.
· On the first floor one finds the wellness centre (bathroom) of 21 M2, equipped with a 2 person Jacuzzi, a hydro massage shower with light and music, and a 2 person infrared sauna cabin. There is a built in toilet and connections for a laundry machine and a laundry dryer. A range of modern cupboards along the wall with a worktop provides lots of space. The floor of the bathroom is a floating Lewis Floora which means it is water and sound isolated. Further on the 1st floor, there is a bedroom of 13 M2 and a master bedroom of about 30 M2 with a breathtaking view on the Val de Besbrea. This bedroom is furnished with modern cupboards and a laminate floor. The ceiling is removed and therefore the roof carpentry is apparent. This room, like the small bedroom and the bathroom, it thoroughly isolated and equipped with radiators on geothermic heating.

The outside stone stairway gives entrance to the holiday apartment Soleil Levanta. This fully equipped apartment is constructed in 2008 and accommodates a living with a kitchen corner attached, a bedroom and a bathroom. There is a television, DVD, microwave, furniture, lots of cupboard space, fully equipped kitchen, etca and measures about 45 sq meters.

On the ground floor there is the holiday apartment Soleil Couchanta also fully equipped and with a magnificent view. The bathroom has a bath and a shower cabin and there is a vast kitchen in this apartment. Total surface is about 41 sq meters and renovated in 2006. This apartment has two entrances, one in the square and one on the south terrace.
In the square there is the entrance to an office of about 32 sq meters with the same beautiful view on the Val de Besbre. This holiday apartment is accessible to the main house through an inside door. Therefore, extending the main house with two extra bedrooms and a bathroom is very easy.

The side buildings:
Furthermore we'll find entrance in the square to numerous side buildings which can be renovated. There is a barn with a total surface of 100 sq meters on two levels, a small house with two rooms with a total surface of 29 sq meters with an attic, a laundry space of 15 sq meters, which served as a shower place for the camping and has a second floor which can be transformed as a room. Then there is a workshop of about 13 sq meters and a stable of 28 sq meters.

Around the Domain:
Around the property we find a vast parking of 160 sq meters, a south terrace of 250 sq meters with a well and ancient lime trees, a north terrace of 170 sq meters, a west terrace of 75 sq meters. At a further distance of the buildings there is a fruit tree garden with an ancient walnut tree, giving about 80 kilograms of walnuts every year. In the meadow there are over a hundred new trees planted over the last few years. At the west corner of the domain one finds an ancient wash place which used to serve for the castle situated at a couple of hundred meters from the property. The water coming out of the well is crystal clear and at 12° Celsius, summer and winter. The total surface of the property is a bit less than 3 Hectare. At 350 meters away from the property, accessible trough a dirt road, one has access to the Besbre, a small clean river in which one can swim during the warm summer days.
