This former farm is situated in a small village on the border of the Dordogne, Lot et Garonne and the Gironde. The buildings are surrounded by 1,5 hectares of parkland, set in an evironment of vinyards, sunflowerfields and forest. A new pool was built in 2006 and on the plot is a big pond wich overflows in a creek.
The master residence has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two seperate toilets. One gite is connected to the main house and sleeps 8. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms and fully equipped.

The small gite sleeps 2 and has a bathroom, as well as a fully equiped kitchen.

A former barn has been reroofed and a new veranda has been added in 2007. This barn can easily be converted into another gite.

The owner (a good friend who I help selling) wants to sell, but also considers a co-ownership in a real estate Ltd (SCI).
