Great doctor's house from 1840 with a grand view, with even the Puy de Dome (50km) above villages and small castles, nice atmosphere, foliage wood and sloping mount country. Surroundings: On 5 minutes distance of the Lac d'Aubusson for recreation in the summer and on 30 minutes for skiing in the wintertime. Shopping in Courpiere (Intermarche).
The hous was - together with two adjacent houses - very tastefully renovated to an impressive and brightly sun-lit Maison de Maitrea.

The ancient atmosphere and style were maintained but with 21st century comfort.

The spaces are joined in a playful manner and on the 2nd floor there is a studio with own kitchen of 85m2 that can be used very well for work shops or atelier.

Heating is electrically (partial floor heating) and by means of wood heaters (Jotul).

New central heating in the largest part of the house Centrale verwarming in het grootste gedeelte van het huis (most modern system, very economical and even controlled by phone) and solar water heater.

Update: a carport was added, as well as solar panels, selling electricity back to EDF.

The house has many rooms, bedrooms and bath rooms which makes it convenient as a family house, but it also can be rent out separately or be used for workshops.
