The house was built in 2003 on a site of 1175 m2 and is situated between 2 old cities Souillac and Sarlat and also the river the Dordogne is on a distance of 5 km where you can relax, swim, fish etc. The nearest village is Carlux (3 km.) with a grocery, baker and post-office. For hikers is this the place to be and you can also make cycling tours on the "piste cyclable". If you are lookng for quietness and nature nearby and yet not too isolated than you are here on the right place.
This bungalow has a large living room with an tradional kitchen (55 m²) and a separate scullery of 12 m².
There are 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
The living room has french doors to a large covered terras from 8 x 4 m² where the vue is breathtaking.
The stove (Godin) with the beautiful chimney can heat the entire house but there is also electrical heating.
The barn is made of stones and has an open and a closed part which is very handy.
