Situated in the wine area of the Minervois (Languedoc). The house is in a village at 20 kms south of St. Pons de Thomieres and 10 km north of the Cathare city of Minerve. The nature in this middle-height mountain area is rough end the spot is ideal for lovers of quiet and natural hiking. The village has hardly any traffic. The back of the house offers e free view on the mountains. There are no direct neighbours and most houses in the village are holiday homes. Shops at 20 minutes by car. The beach (Narbonne) is at 1 hour. You can also swim in the many rivers and the lake of Hombs. Special sights in Carcassonne, Montpelliers, Narbonne, Beziers en Barcelona at reasonable distance. Carcassonne and Girona have airports (Ryan Air). The TGV stops in Narbonne. Other stations: St. Pons and Lezignan de Corbieres

Entrance iin the middle floor. Lioving room with fire place and open kitchen. At the back, double window doorts to terrace (12 m2). From there down a flight of steps to the garden (ca 45m2).

Fiorst floor: 2 small bedrooms.
Basement floor: bedroom, shower/toilet unit with wash basin. Space for washing machine and freezer.

The water heater was recently replaced. Kooking and hot water on gas bottles. There is still some work to be done. The bannister of the balcony and the small shutter of the kitchen window need te be replaced. The other shutters and window frames need paint.
