The house in Auvergne, Allier (03) lies in a very quiet area on top of a hill with a fantastic view of the valley, village and the sunset. There is only 1500 meters to the village, Cerilly, where all amenities can be found. (regional role). The farm is located close to the Forêt de Troncais that has beaches for fishing and swimming. Castles, golf courses and wine roads can be found in the immediate surroundings.
The farm has a large, cozy living kitchen with doors opening to the rear veranda. The living kitchen has a beam ceiling and a splendid stove. The attractive living room has a splendid soapstone stove (Godin) and a beam ceiling.
