1st floor: independant studio apartment

2nd and 3rd floors: a large apartment with 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a large livingroom, bathroom with a bathtub, toilet and a dressing.

The 2 floors are linked with a wooden staircase. All the floors look out on the main street and a nice courtyard out back.

On the ground floor there is the boiler room. And there are some annex buildings in the courtyard.

Everything is in perfect condition and is habitable right now.
