Spacious house, consisting of two habitations
Majestic old property dating back to the early 18th century. As was typical of this era, part of the house was used for the main living area, the other part being the working side, with the wine press and grain store. This latter section has been converted into further accommodation. The total living surface is 280m2. The front of the property overlooks the village which although is very quiet, does have enough of everyday life to make you feel at home and not cut off in the middle of nowhere! Not a dwindling French village but with several English families and lots of newcomers and young people due to good positioning to Montauban and Toulouse.

Montauban (25 mins) and Toulouse (airport 50 mins) are also close. Extensive cultural life in this wealthy areau, not yet spoilt by mass tourism.
