Small renovated farm with second house on 2.5 ha
Home 90m2 with two bedrooms plus a second old house that can be transformed into guest house, studio, workshop you name it. There are no direct neighbours in the small village of 101 inhabitants. Still, at only 3.5 kms there is Champagne Mouton with its GP, pharmacy, small supermarket, hotel, bar, rstaurant etc. At 17 kms is Ruffec, a bigger town with TGV station, hospital and big supermarkets. Angouleme 70 km. Poitiers about 80 km and Limoges 90 km.
The house
Living/kitchen, 2 bedrooms, toilet and bathroom. The attic may be transformed into living space. Central oil heating and open fire place in which now a wood burning stove heats pretty much the whole house.
